Daddy Call Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Domnik LLC, doing business as Daddy Call, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use Daddy Call through our website, phone calls, text messages, and related services. Effective date: May 23, 2026.
Questions or privacy requests can be sent to [email protected]. Daddy Call is based in California and intended for a U.S.-focused audience.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through daddycall.me, through calls or texts involving the Daddy Call service, and through related support, security, analytics, and account-management activities. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control, even if our service links to them.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your phone number, first name or account name, timezone, schedule settings, optional morning routine text, messages you send us, information shared during calls, and anything you send to support.
We also collect operational and technical information, including SMS and call metadata, message delivery status, call timing, retry status, browser and device information, IP address, cookies and session data, authentication records, and analytics information from tools such as Google Analytics and Contentsquare.
Because the service uses AI and telephony tooling, we may generate or store transcripts, summaries, highlights, turn signals, wake-up or bedtime goals, inferred timezone data, and other account-supporting notes derived from your interactions with Daddy Call.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to provide and operate the service, authenticate you, send magic links, schedule and place calls, respond to texts, manage retries, maintain your account, personalize the experience, detect abuse or fraud, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, analyze product performance, comply with law, and protect our users and business.
We aim to collect and retain information in proportion to the service. Daddy Call is designed to help users follow through on sleep and schedule commitments, not to build advertising dossiers.
4. How we disclose information
We disclose information to service providers and processors that help us operate Daddy Call, such as communication providers, AI and speech providers, analytics vendors, hosting and infrastructure providers, security providers, and professional advisers. Based on the current service, these may include Twilio, OpenAI, Cartesia, Google Analytics, and Contentsquare, along with other vendors that support hosting, security, and operations.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transfer, or with your direction or consent.
5. Mobile-data non-sale and marketing restriction
No mobile data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, consent records, or message history to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose mobile and messaging data to vendors or subcontractors that help us provide the service, such as messaging, hosting, customer support, analytics, security, and AI providers, but only to support Daddy Call and not for those parties' independent marketing use.
6. Calls, texts, and AI-assisted features
Daddy Call uses automated calling and messaging workflows, including AI-assisted texting, AI-assisted call handling, synthesized voice output, and AI-generated summaries or memory artifacts. These systems help operate the service, but they may be imperfect, incomplete, or wrong.
We use AI in support of the service and product improvement, and we aim to do so transparently, pragmatically, and with restraint. We do not sell personal information to data brokers, and we do not use mobile opt-in data for targeted advertising.
7. Messaging disclosures and choices
Consent to receive automated text messages is not a condition of purchase or service. Message frequency varies based on your schedules, account activity, retries, and direct requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to pause texts, START to resume them, or HELP for support information. Opting out of texts does not cancel active call schedules.
If you directly request a login or account-access message, we may send that requested message even if you previously paused routine service texts, because the message is a direct response to your request.
8. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain context, provide support, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, and protect the service. Different categories of data may be retained for different periods depending on operational need, legal requirements, and security considerations.
There is currently no self-service export or deletion feature. If you need help with account information or deletion requests, contact us at [email protected].
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights and choices
You can update some account information through the product, by text, or by phone. You can opt out of routine texts by replying STOP. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and verification requirements.
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights, such as rights to know, access, correct, delete, or appeal a privacy request decision. To exercise applicable rights, email [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights granted by law.
11. Children and age limits
Daddy Call is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
12. International processing
Daddy Call is operated in the United States and may process or store information in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. If you use the service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Your continued use of the service after the updated policy becomes effective means the updated policy will apply going forward to the extent permitted by law.
